Elever Refer and Earn

All Elever customers who have completed the sign-up process are eligible for the referral program.

For every friend you refer and who creates an active goal, you are entitled to a 3-month advisory fee waiver, while your friend is entitled to a 6-month advisory fee waiver.

So, for example, if you refer two friends and both create an active goal, you will be entitled to a 6-month advisory fee waiver.

Your friends will be entitled to a 6-month advisory fee waiver each.

Note: Please note that fee waivers will be applied once you have an active subscription.

Refer as many people as you like. And yes, this means if you refer 10 people, all of whom start active goals, then for you.

Elever subscription fee is waived off for 30 months (10*3).

Fees Charges on Elever App

Elever charges investment advisory fees as a percentage of Assets under Advisory (AUA) (daily average market value of your investments), calculated for the previous month on the billing date, i.e., the 5th of every month.

Elever follows two different models of subscription fees based on the type of products, in line with the vision to democratize investment in the financial markets.

For Goals:

Elever have devised the following subscription tiers based on the market value of your investments (AUA):

Beginner: – 0.50% of AUA per annum + GST – For daily average value of AUA up to Rs.4,99,999, payable monthly on a pro-rata basis,
Advanced: – 0.40% of AUA per annum + GST – For daily average value of AUA from Rs.5,00,000 till Rs.24,99,999, payable monthly on a pro- rata basis;
Pro: – 0.30% of AUA per annum + GST – For daily average value of AUA of Rs.25,00,000 and above, payable monthly on a pro-rata basis.

For e.g. if your Daily average value of AUA for any month is 2L, then your monthly advisory fee for that month is calculated as – (200000*0.5%)/12 = Rs 83.33 + 18% GST

Also, investing in Parking Fund & Gold Locker is completely free of charge.

For Elever factors:

We have devised the following subscription tiers based on the Volatility of each EleverFactors (Please note the minimum investment required for each EleverFactors varies, check the specific strategy for full details):

Low Volatility: – 0.60% of AUA per annum + GST – For a daily average value of AUA, payable monthly on a pro-rata basis,
Medium Volatility: – 0.80% of AUA per annum + GST – For a daily average value of AUA, payable monthly on a pro- rata basis;
High Volatility: – 1.00% of AUA per annum + GST – For a daily average value of AUA, payable monthly on a pro-rata basis.

Please note the following points for subscription charges: –

The fees shall be due on 5th of every month. If 5th is a trading holiday, immediate next trading day would be the invoice date for all users.
You would get 20 calendar days to pay your monthly subscription charges. Any failure to pay our charges would lead to the suspension of our services for your account.
No additional charges would be levied by Elever apart from the fee structure described above.
All fee paid to Elever is non-refundable. Even if you withdraw all investments or close your account during the subscription duration, Elever would not refund fees already paid.
